The Academic Certificate in Strategic Human Resources is a 32-week program (two semesters) that covers four 8-week courses. The cost of the Academic Certificate is $10,800. The certificate uses a peer learning approach and integrates case studies for key concepts. Monthly Expert Forums are part of the curriculum design with talks by specialists in the field. All aspects of the program are taught by experienced professionals.

Curriculum

The Academic Certificate in Strategic Human Resources utilizes state-of-the-art distance learning methodologies.  Students will learn through both self-paced, asynchronous course components as well as synchronous, live virtual classes delivered through web conferencing with integrated audio.  This technology support interactivity and collaboration, creating a powerful virtual learning experience.

The educational component of the program consists of four classes.  Course requirements include readings, online lecture, video, articles, case reviews, discussion boards and web conferences.
