Through the UTSA Executive Education Leadership Institute, participants develop and enhance core skills that are fundamental to organizational success. Our Leadership Institute workshops explore an area of business focus for professionals looking to further develop their skills and abilities. Participants will enhance their understanding of key concepts, and gain tools to help them apply what they learned when they are back on the job. Strategy implementation refers to carrying out the activities within the firm which are required to execute a strategy. In this workshop, you will discuss how the organization's structure, culture and vision affect its ability to execute strategy.
