Classroom activities divided into 4 modules: 

I module: 14-18 June 2021

II module: 20-24 September 2021

III module: 15-19 November 2021

IV module:  January 24-28, 2022

The program is divided into 4 key themes that represent the relevant dimensions of managerial action:

  • The Context : Doing management means first of all having the ability to understand the reference context . 
  • The Strategy : The first act of corporate action is the activation of the strategic formulation process . 
  • L ' Execution : Translating strategy into action means having the ability to guide the organization , to manage human resources by exercising one's leadership , to influence its behavior . 
  • The ' Innovation : Doing business requires "creativity" , will stand out , look for traits of originality .
